Volunteer registration
Mmmmh ! Cheese Fondue ! A convivial atmosphere !
Come and choose your time slots for a volunteer position at the Fondue World Championship on 14, 15 and 16 November 2025.
Each volunteer will receive an entrance ticket for the 3 days of the event, a Bô-Bonnet, a glass and a surprise bag of Goodies. As well as a loaded cashless bracelet worth CHF 30.- in volunteer money for the first 4 hours of volunteering and CHF 16.- for each additional 4 hours. Feel free to take several time slots ;-)
If you don't find a time slot to your liking, don't hesitate to come back to our site regularly. Additional slots will be opened as needs evolution.
The minimum age for volunteers is 16, except for alcohol sales (18).

Procedure
To register, please read the following carefully
Registering for time slots is a bit like making an online purchase. Once you have chosen your time slots for a given job, press "Registration". Next, you need to choose whether you want to register as an individual or a group.
If you are already registered in our database for the Fondue World Cup, it is important that you fill in the first three fields of the form - first name, surname and e-mail - with the same data that you used previously. You must then complete the various mandatory fields and then submit your registration. You will receive a message confirming your registration with a summary of the selected time periods and a link to the volunteer portal. This allows you to view your profile, the messages you have received and the time slots you have selected at any time.
Finally, a few weeks before the event, you will receive another message from us with the final details to ensure that your engagement runs smoothly and with your entrance ticket.

Volunteer Charter
As a volunteer, I undertake to:
- be on time
- inform as soon as possible of any absence or delay by telephone or message to 079 387 40 75
- not to drink excessively before or during my working hours
- listen to and follow the instructions of my manager
- put on the volunteer's Bô-Bonnet
- bring my good mood
