Results of the challenge
The municipality of Mies wins the first edition of the Challenge of the municipalities of the district of Nyon, ahead of Genolier (2nd) and Saint-Cergue (3rd).
Philippe Meier and Robert Méroz even reveal their recipe to us : a blend of 50% Vacherin from the Billens cheese dairy, 20% medium-salted Gruyère (9 months) and 30% mild Gruyère (6 months) from the Gimel dairy, accompanied by Chasselas from the La Charrue wine cellar in Commugny.
Congratulations !
