7:30pm: « Mondial de fondue » menu, charcuterie on cutting board, World Champion fondue « professional category » Jean-Mathieu & Florian Baer, coup du milieu (kirsch), double cream meringues, AOC La Côte Tartegnin wines, minerals, coffees, teas
