World Cheese Fondue, a new tradition

The President of the Mondial de fondue, Mr. Stéphane Jayet, will go there for a double mission: to verify on the one hand that the regulations for the preparation of fondues are scrupulously followed and to taste, as a jury with other professionals, the recipes of some 30 competitors.
